Our cleaning philosophy is simple: Clean thoroughly, every day, our cleaning staff understand the simplicity of that instruction; ensuring our clients experience a clean work space every day. In our security division our guards mind your property as though it is their own.

We tailor every new contract to our client’s exact needs and we truly value being, their company of choice. In our cleaning division, for example, we understand that the perception of cleaning standards is subjective and so we welcome comment and feedback from our clients. Apart from daily checks by our managers, we also conduct monthly site audits, which not only score our effectiveness, but also invite comments from our clients, with regard to the quality of our service.

Management Systems


We deliver training using a number of formats, such as on-line training - through Human Focus,  one to one individual sessions using either our own operational management team or specialist external training providers in accordance with the awards body BICS (The British Institute of Cleaning Science). The safe use of cleaning equipment, products, security awareness, health & safety, infection control are all covered.

Account Management

Ailesbury Services believe our management team are the best in the industry, passionate, talented people who are committed to building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. We invest time in identifying talent within our company and when required from the FM sector to ensure we attract the best to our management roles. With an on-going investment in technology, training and work life balance we aim to find the best people and ensure that we retain them.

Client satisfaction and contract retention is the key to our success and we always strive to improve the services we offer.

As an innovative organisation with a proven track record for embracing new technology, we issue all of our Operational Management with smart phones’ and Crimson Tide Mpro 5 auditing software to monitor the performance of our contracts. This software has revolutionised our operations, enabling our Account Management with our customers to audit / score and comment on our service. This information is transmitted in real time to our senior management as well as the client

Health & Safety

Ailesbury Services is committed to the health and safety of our employees and anybody affected by our work or presence on site. We are accredited to ISO 45001:2018 the latest standard and are aware of our legal obligations and that failure to meet the requirements of the law could have serious consequences for us, whether an accident takes place or not. We know that it is our responsibility to take care of our staff and to make sure they work safely and we take this moral and legal responsibility very seriously.

Providing a safe and healthy working environment for not only our staff but for all personnel, who come in contact with our operations, is our highest priority. Risk Assessments are conducted by our Operations Management team, who are responsible for evaluating the risks to health and taking the actions needed to remove or reduce those risks.

Our highly experienced Operations and Head Office Management teams work in tandem, and are committed to ensuring that our 600 strong dedicated and directly employed cleaning and security personnel are thoroughly supported and motivated to deliver service excellence that exceed our client's expectations.
