Our highly experienced Operations and Head Office Management teams work in tandem, and are committed to ensuring that our 600 strong dedicated and directly employed cleaning and security personnel are thoroughly supported and motivated to deliver service excellence that exceed our client's expectations. Ailesbury Services operates stringent vetting procedures when employing new personnel. We work closely with and seek advice where necessary from The Immigration Authority operating to their strict guidelines. Our management and supervisory team's regularly receive tool box talks on how to identify authentic ID and travel documentation, a problem widespread in our industry.
 
Following a formal interview all new personnel are required to complete an Ailesbury Services employment application pack. This is validated with original travel and Identification documents proving entitlement to reside and work in the Republic of Ireland, or Northern Ireland as well as proof of their home address.
 
Initially verified by our Operations Management, photocopies of all documentation are taken and then counter signed by the verifying manager. Once completed the application pack is then passed to our head office HR team who will then carry out a final check to ensure all documentation is present and correct.
