In March 2025, Ailesbury Services was acquired by Samsic Facility, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our business. The acquisition brought together Ailesbury's long-standing experience and strong presence across Ireland and Northern Ireland with the scale, expertise and international capabilities of Samsic Facility. Since then, we have been working together to gradually integrate our businesses while maintaining the trusted service, relationships and local expertise that have defined Ailesbury Services for more than 40 years.
A new look for Ailesbury Services as we begin our journey with Samsic Facility
You may have noticed something a little different about the Ailesbury
Services logo.
As part of our ongoing integration with Samsic Facility Ireland, we have updated our logo to incorporate the Samsic Facility identity alongside the Ailesbury brand. This is an important first step in the gradual evolution of our brand following Ailesbury Services joining the Samsic Facility family.

For more than 40 years, Ailesbury Services has built its
